Karbalayi Mahmud Baqqal [the grocer], son of the late Mashhadi Muhammadi, sold one-fourth of a house located at Darvazah Kazirun of Shiraz to Ma‘sumah Khanum (daughter of the late Karbalayi ‘Abd al-Karim Baqqal and permanent wife of Karbalayi Masha’ Allah Zihtab) for one hundred tumans.

Settlement between Haji Mahmud Tajir and Bibi Havva’ Baygum, 1914
Settlement between Haji Mahmud Tajir [the merchant], son of Haji Muhammad Husayn Tajir from Shiraz, and Bibi Havva’ Baygum, daughter of the late Ghulam Riza and wife of Mashhadi Hasan Naddaf [cotton carder] from Shiraz, over half of a house located in the Ishaq Bayg neighborhood of Shiraz for one hundred tumans, with the condition that if paying the price takes more than a year, the buyer has to pay additional one tuman and five thousand dinars per month on top of the original price.

Settlement between Zaynab Baygum, daughter of the late Haj Muhammad ʻAli and widow of the late Haj ʻAbd Allah, and Khanum Buzurg, daughter of the late Haj Habib, with power of attorney transferred to her brother, Iqbal-i Divan, exchanging a residential building in an orchard located on the west side of Qusali-lar caravansary for four hundred and fifty tumans.

Settlement between Mah Sultan Baygum and Haj Mirza Ibrahim Sarraf, 1880
Settlement of Mah Sultan Baygum, wife of Mashhadi Lutfʻali, one of the sons of the late Ustad Mirza [illegible] and the late Khadijah Baygum daughter of Mirza Sayyid ʻAli Shirazi, with Haj Mirza Ibrahim Sarraf, son of Mirza Javad Mubashir, over one house in the Ishaq Bayk neighborhood and half of another house for fifteen tumans. Haj Mirza Ibrahim Sarraf settled the mentioned half of a house with his sister, Fakhri Jan Baygum, on November 8, 1880 for fifteen tumans.
